Redwood Digital Frederick LLC ("we," "us," or "our") sends text (SMS) messages to help you with calls, appointments, and messages handled by our AI phone receptionist. This page explains what messages we send, how you opt in, and how to opt out at any time.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
1. How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS from us when you take one of these actions and provide your mobile number:
- By phone: When you call our business line and give your phone number to our receptionist so we can text you a confirmation, callback, or follow-up about your call.
- Online: When you submit our website contact or booking form and provide your mobile number for the purpose of receiving a text reply.
We only text people who contacted us first and gave us their number. We do not text purchased or third-party lists.
2. Messages You'll Receive
Our messages are transactional and related to your own request, including:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule notices
- Callback acknowledgments and follow-ups to a message you left
- Occasional service-related updates about a request you made
We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts through this program.
3. Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency depends on your activity (for example, one confirmation per appointment). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.
4. How to Opt Out or Get Help
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation, and we won't text you again unless you opt back in.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
5. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
