Refund Policy

At Redwood Digital Frederick LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work and want every client to be satisfied. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our web design services and software products.
1. Web Design & Development Services
Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project before any design or development work has started, you will receive a full refund of your deposit within 10 business days.
Work in Progress
If you cancel a project after work has begun but before completion:
- We will provide a summary of work completed to date.
- You will be charged for the work completed, calculated as a proportional amount of the total project fee.
- Any amount paid above the cost of completed work will be refunded within 10 business days.
- If the cost of completed work exceeds your deposit, the remaining balance will be due.
Completed Projects
Once a project has been delivered and approved (or after 7 business days of no response following delivery), the project is considered complete. No refunds will be issued for completed projects.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We include a 30-day post-launch support period with every project. If something isn't working as specified, we'll fix it at no additional cost. Our goal is to get it right, not to keep your money for work you're unhappy with.
2. Software Products
VoiceForge Subscriptions
For VoiceForge monthly and annual subscriptions:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with VoiceForge, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
- After 14 Days: Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: The 14-day guarantee applies to annual subscriptions as well. After 14 days, no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the annual term.
VoiceForge Lifetime Licenses
- 7-Day Refund Window: Lifetime license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- After 7 Days: Lifetime licenses are non-refundable. Given the significant discount compared to subscription pricing, we are unable to offer refunds after the 7-day window.
Menoach
Refund terms for Menoach follow the same structure as VoiceForge subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee for subscriptions, 7-day refund window for any one-time purchases. Specific terms may be outlined on the Menoach platform.
Free Trials: When available, we encourage you to take advantage of free trial periods before committing to a paid plan. No payment information is required for free trials.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your name and email address associated with the purchase
- The service or product you'd like a refund for
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- Date of purchase or project start date

4. Refund Processing
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase via Stripe.
- Bank Processing: After we process the refund, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue
We always prefer to resolve issues directly. If you're unhappy with anything, please reach out before filing a dispute with your bank. We're a small team and we genuinely want to make things right.
