Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before any design or development work has started, you will receive a full refund of your deposit within 10 business days.

If you cancel a project after work has begun but before completion:

Once a project has been delivered and approved (or after 7 business days of no response following delivery), the project is considered complete. No refunds will be issued for completed projects.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We include a 30-day post-launch support period with every project. If something isn't working as specified, we'll fix it at no additional cost. Our goal is to get it right, not to keep your money for work you're unhappy with.
