  • Account Information: When you create an account for our software products (VoiceForge, Menoach), we collect your name, email address, and account credentials.
  • Payment Information: When you make a payment, your payment details (credit card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
  • Project Information: For web design clients, we collect business information, content, and assets necessary to complete your project.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized information about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time spent, referral sources, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, remember preferences, and gather analytics data. See Section 4 for details.

  • Payment Records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
  • Analytics Data: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

Reception Console SMS preferences

Redwood Digital LLC is preparing an optional customer-care and appointment text program. Our text preference form is available, but text delivery remains on hold. Saving a preference does not send a text. Giving us a number in a call or contact form does not enroll you.

If you choose to enroll, we use your mobile number and records of your choices to manage the named text program. Those records include the disclosure you agreed to, when you agreed, the sending business and message purposes, and later opt-out or re-enrollment requests.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help us operate and deliver the text service may process the information necessary for that service. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. Consent to Redwood's program does not enroll you with an independent business that uses Reception Console.

We retain consent and opt-out records to honor your choices and review messaging requests. Contact us at the email address below for help or a deletion request. An opt-out record may need to be retained to prevent further messages. Our SMS Terms describe the proposed program and message choices.
